Day One: Kampala-Lake Mburo
Leave your hotel in the morning after breakfast, travel by road with stops along Masaka road for pictures and souvenirs at the equator. Proceed to Mbarara branching off before Mbarara town to Lake Mburo National park. Have lunch before going for the boat ride n Lake Mburo for sights of Hippos, Crocodiles, land animals at the water’s edge and plenty of bird life. Relax for the evening before you retire for Dinner and overnight at Mihingo lodge/Mantana tented camps/Rwonyo camp.
Day Two: Morning Game Drive & Nature Walk
Go for an early morning drive where you may see Leopards, the Jackals, Hyenas, Impala, Elands, Zebras, Buffaloes, Topis, Bush backs, Water backs, Warthogs and more. Go for an evening nature walk, walk on the impala and zebra tracks and even visit the salt lick where animals go to lick the salt on these salt rocks. Head back to your lodge for Dinner and overnight.
Day Three: Game Drive and Return Journey
Take another game drive in the morning before you leave Lake Mburo for Kampala where the safari ends.
